Change of policy for Traveling to Boliva

I am on the Board of a nonprofit that runs a medical clinic and orphanage in Bolivia. About a year ago the Bolivian government announced that it would institute a visa requirement for Americans entering the country. Calling All MDG Mission Opportunities!

And over the past few months, there's been a big upswing in people asking "Where can I find short-term, hands-on MDG work?" People looking for ways they can use travel to build relationships of common mission around the MDGs.
